Flutter-by Summer Lantern

What could be more charming for outdoor summer parties than pretty paper lanterns? The light and airy nature of the paper seems to make the heat more tolerable. Add to that the glow of the lantern light which makes it an overall relaxing atmosphere.

For those who like a little less flutter, try using only one color ribbon (although you will get both yellow and pink in your kit). Try using the remaining ribbon for decorating your table settings, flower vases, etc.
