Here's a little something I created as a challenge project for a friend. Think she'll like it? Of course, it works just as well as a paintbrush holder.

Thanks Debbie. The boxes came from the $ store and there is really no 'template'. I just measured the box and covered it with designer paper.
The paper here is Urban Garden from SU! and I cut out the flowers and made a band go around the front.
The scallops were created with the "Scallops" Bigz die by Sizzix and the bird is from the SU! Bird and Branches die. I glued it to a floral wire and inside the box.
